We recommend travel insurance for all guided trips.

Outdoor recreation activities, including but not limited to hunting, fly fishing, clay shooting, and skiing, involve inherent risks including injury, illness, property damage, or death.

By booking or participating in any activity with Wild Willow Outfitters, you:

• Acknowledge and accept these risks.
   
• Agree to follow all safety instructions.
   
• Assume full responsibility for your participation.
   

Wild Willow Outfitters LLC, its owners, guides, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or delays resulting from participation in outdoor activities, except where prohibited by law.

Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

Clients are responsible for:

• Obtaining required hunting or fishing licenses.
   
• Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations.
   
• Ensuring they are legally permitted to participate in booked activities.
   

Failure to comply with regulations may result in removal from the activity without refund.

For rental equipment (including ski rentals):

• Clients are responsible for proper use and care.
   
• Lost or damaged equipment may result in replacement fees.
   
• Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon time.
   

Wild Willow Outfitters is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during rental or guided activities.

We accept approved forms of payment as indicated during checkout or booking.

You agree to:

• Pay all charges incurred.
   
• Provide accurate billing information.
   
• Resolve any payment disputes directly with us before initiating chargebacks.
